Order Delivery
Uniq Gold delivers across the GCC, with the delivery methods outlined below. We’re constantly striving to improve your experience, and are working on introducing more delivery methods across our channels. Kindly continue checking back for any updated. Deliveries take place between 9:00am – 11:59pm. The following options are available for delivery to your requested address in the UAE.*
Shipping from UAE Warehouse

Split Shipments
We often source your favorite products from different locations, so to ensure that we get your items to you as quickly as possible we sometimes have to split your Order into two or more shipments only in the UAE. In these cases, we will notify you that your Order will be arriving in multiple shipments before we process the Order. You will be able to track these shipments separately through the “My Orders” tab in your account, or by searching your Order number and email address if you’re a guest user.

At UNIQ Gold, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
Deliveries are made daily between 9:00 AM and 11:59 PM
Shipping Within the UAE
• Location: All Emirates
• Delivery Time: 3–5 Business Days
• Shipping Fee: AED 30 or AED 50 for Western Region
International Shipping
• Delivery Time: 7–10 Business Days
• Shipping Fee: AED 200
Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple shipments if the items are dispatched from different locations. If your order is split, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment via email.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, peak seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Shipping fees are applied per order.
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
• UNIQ Gold is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Taxes, customs duties, and import fees are not included in the shipping fee and are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Processing
Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are prepared and quality checked within approximately 5–10 business days after order confirmation.
Some styles may be out of stock and require approximately 20 business days for production before they are ready for dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, the applicable shipping timeframe will begin:
UAE: 3–5 business days
International: 7–10 business days
